http://www.sec.noaa.gov/weekly/pdf/prf1658.pdf look'n at the charts we must now be on the botton or so close it don't matter .. the interesting part is look'n at the high's we see the average high is anywhere between 3 to 5 years after the low..
look'n at the SF numbers we are now starting to go up again SO have we reached the bottom?? I will say yes ..
