NEW PREFIXES. Beginning in March, look for some new prefixes to show up
for Greenland (OX), Faroe Island (OY) and Denmark (OZ). While still keeping
the old prefixes, look for stations to use the following new prefixes in:
Denmark - OU, OV, 5P and 5Q Greenland - XP Faroe Island - OW
