Try using a Stainless steel pot scorer from the xyl the one she does the pots and pans with! No water needed,cheap,easy to find in any kitchen or super market..I perfere the Bronze type.. for a holder, use a top from a spray can,to clean wait for the xyl to buy a new one or just tap it on the bench top a couple of times
