IRC ---> The new design (http://www.dailydx.com/2007irc.jpg) for the International Reply Coupon (IRC) has been selected by the Universal Postal Union. The new IRC is expected to be available on 1 July 2006 and it will be good through 31 December 2009. The current IRC (http://www.upu.int/irc/en/2002_version.html) is good through 31 December 2006.
