 Maryborough In central Victoria will be holding a 150 year expo celebrating for the NAMING of the Township of MARYBOROUGH which is in the center of the Victorian GOLDFIELD'S 150 years ago.
The central Goldfield's Amateur Radio Club using the special call sign of "VI3JA" will be on "AIR" during this time 08/07/04 to 08/08/04 mainly on 20 meters ,15m,80 meters using ssb,cw and rtty/psk and from the QTH of Maryborough Golf and Bowls Club on the 10/07/04 and 11/07 04. 10am to 10pm Saturday and 10am to 5pm Sunday. local time www.maryboroughgolfclub.com.au . other info on Central Goldfields information can be found on their web site www.centralgoldfields.com.au
