CANADA POSTAL RATES INCREASE ---> Effective 16 January 2006, the postal rates
for standard letters up to 30 grams will change as follows: within Canada =
0.51 cents, to the US = 0.89 cents, to other destinations = 1.49 Canadiandollars. All prices are subject to a tax of 7%. One US dollar brings only
