Find ur sun rise time (1900z) and ur sun set time (9:31) es work out half of this time ..1900 plus 9:31..14:31 /2 +7:15 so 1900z plus 7:15:50 ..02:15z for my due Nth ...sun rise es sun set can be from ur local news paper!! or from www.auslig.gov.au/cgi-bin/astro/sunrisenset Check for shadow of ur tower.. for Dunolly today..
well not quiet true ( called solar north) but very close ( this one should be used for setting our house for north direction) my magnetic north is 10.65 degrees from true north
