Worked a VU on digital, qsl info direct, had a look on qrz.com, info as follows. Requirements for Qsl card, 4Ircs = AUD $10, registered mail,AUD $10 (as stated mail workers are a bunch of thieves so no green stamps). plus postage $1.80. One would have to be desperate for a card. The buro may be slow but its the only way to fly, espcially under these circumstances.
