3W/XV, VIETNAM (Work'em Now). Charles Harpole, K4VUD, reported the
following: "Best to work Vietnam now-a-days because rumor has it that
at the end of the year, some or all Vietnam hams will be without license.... or may have to renew via some delayed process. This could change for the
better at any time, but work those XV and 3W now if u can."
