vk3pa	Posted - 24 Jun 2006 : 08:25:09 AM MONTENEGRO ---> On 22 June the UN Security Council decided to recommend to the General Assembly that the Republic of Montenegro be admitted as a Member of the United Nations. The Assembly is expected to act on the matter next Wednesday (28 June) - keep an eye on the UN News Centre (http://www.un.org/News/). In their latest press release, the organizers of the "DX Festival Montenegro 2006" [425DXN 787] say that the all-band all-mode DXpedition to the newest DXCC Entity is now expected to take place from 20 July to 12 August. The council will then forward its recommendation to the General Assembly, which is likely to admit its latest member next week
