We are pleased to announce that the first of the 3YØX Souvenir QSL cards are in the mail. Thanks to the herculean efforts of Bob, N2OO and dedicated members of the SJDXA, 115 pounds of mail was sent out on Monday, May 8th.

The actual design layout was begun prior to departing for Peter I. Our team photographer was given a "shot list" and charged with getting just the right pictures for the QSL. While on the ship returning from Peter I, the pictures were emailed back to the QSL designer and the design finalized. This is not your ordinary card and we are sure it will be considered one of your most prized QSLs.

Souvenir cards were mailed to about 2/3 of the individuals who contributed to the DXpedition expenses AND whose cards were received through the beginning of April. Over the next two weeks, the remainder of this group of cards will be processed. After Dayton, the QSL team will resume processing the rest of the contributor cards as well as the non-contributor cards. Bureau cards will be processed at an appropriate time in the future.
