 WOOD-TV, Grand Rapids, Michigan, and KCRA Radio in Sacramento.
 
During the Vietnam War, Noble was a reporter-photographer for TIME
 magazine and the Milwaukee Journal. He also served in the TIME-LIFE
 bureau in Sacramento.
