Posted - 31 May 2005 : 09:42:45 AM Well it finally happened, Murphy bloody struck, they say lightning never strikes in the same place twice, let me assure you that Murphy does. Firstly the trusty laptop went down no sooner was I back up and running and the tribander chucked a wobbly. Numerous Eu stations observed this end on the long path around 0400-0600, Spotted SV1,FG5,HF8,I7,PA,HB9,FK8, A lot of UA stations, NP2 (Manny) was observed working EU's unfortunately didn't swing his beam down to VK, I needed that one. With all the hassles I worked UA0,S79,G4,F5,KE5 and HB0. Overall 20m was just average into EU and vy poor to the states. Until next month, take care. 73 de Graeme |
