An article on today’s ARRL Web Site ( http://www.arrl.org/?artid=8000 ) indicates CEPT (The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administration) no longer considers US Amateurs below Advanced to be real Amateurs. General and below no longer have full CEPT privileges in CEPT Countries. I guess we have finally dumbed the test down to the point where many of us are no longer recognized as Hams.
