The solar activity will remain very low. At the time of this
bulletin, the ACE solar wind measurements show the first signs of the
arrival of a new corotating interaction region, preceding a high speed
solar wind stream: the wind speed is rising again, while the temperature
and magnetic field strength are increasing
. Therefore, we predict the
onset of a magnetic storm in the next 12 hours,
in response to this
strong recurrent wind stream. This storm may reach moderate levels (Kp=5
to 6) during a few hours. It should decay over the second half of May 11
